Carol Norton

With 25 years of experience teaching language arts, Carol Norton Edmonton is passionate about guiding students in developing strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills. She holds a Master of Teaching degree from Aurora University in Illinois. Ms. Carol is dedicated to helping students not only read and understand literature but also connect it to their own experiences through writing. In addition to enhancing reading and writing skills, she focuses on spelling and grammar instruction. She believes in meeting each student where they are academically and providing challenging assignments that build on their prior knowledge, fostering critical thinking. Both Ms. Carol and St. Mary OCS administration look forward to a productive and enriching school year.
